Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scented Symphony If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to make your shopping experience enjoyable.

1. Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Perfume products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please provide your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
  • The refund will include the cost of the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges.

5. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
